Shivam Puri brings over 16 years of leadership experience in India’s FMCG and healthcare sectors. At Cipla Health, he oversees a portfolio of 24 purpose-driven brands across everyday health, nutrition, and self-care, trusted by millions of Indian households.
With nearly two decades in India’s consumer goods sector, Shivam brings a distinctive ability to blend deep consumer understanding and scientific acumen with the agility and innovation of FMCG playbook. Guided by his belief in purpose-led brand building, he has positioned CHL as a trusted name in everyday wellness, making healthcare simple, accessible, and impactful for millions of Indians.
Prior to Cipla Health, Shivam held senior leadership roles at Jubilant FoodWorks and Hindustan Unilever. He successfully led the turnaround of Dunkin’ Donuts India, launched Hong’s Kitchen as the country’s first Chinese QSR chain, and built Unilever’s Pureit water and air purifier businesses.
An alumnus of IIT Bhubaneswar (Engineering) and IIM Lucknow (MBA in Sales & Marketing), Shivam is passionate about shaping a healthier world, he continues to script CHL’s growth story by building purposeful brands that combine trust, science, and innovation to improve everyday lives.

Umang Vohra has been associated with Cipla since 2015, initially as Global Chief Financial Officer and later as Chief Operating Officer before taking on the role of Global CEO and Managing Director in 2016. With more than two decades of experience across the global pharmaceutical sector, he has played a pivotal role in strengthening Cipla’s core businesses, driving operational excellence, and enhancing profitability across markets. Previously, Umang held senior roles at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, PepsiCo, and Eicher Motors, with extensive experience across India and the USA. He has consistently focused on strategic growth, innovation, and building future-ready capabilities. Recognised for his action-oriented leadership, he champions agile business models, disruptive technologies, and a workforce equipped to deliver healthcare solutions at scale worldwide.

Achin Gupta joined Cipla in 2021 to lead its One India business and, since February 2025, serves as Global Chief Operating Officer. He has driven transformation across multiple fronts, including digital health initiatives, retail force optimisation, and consumer-led innovations, while delivering strong revenue growth and profitability. His approach combines strategic foresight with operational discipline, ensuring Cipla remains agile and patient-centric. With an academic background from IIT Delhi and IIM Ahmedabad, Achin brings extensive healthcare experience gained through leadership roles at Glenmark, Abbott, and AT Kearney. His expertise spans global markets, portfolio strategy, licensing, and partnerships. Known for building high-performing teams, he has established new business frontiers and strengthened Cipla’s position as a trusted partner for innovation and collaboration.

Geena Malhotra leads Signet Excipients with a focus on strategic growth, innovation, and strengthening partnerships across the global pharmaceutical ecosystem. She brings extensive leadership experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain management, and technology-led transformation, with a strong track record of advancing process efficiency and operational excellence. Geena holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Mumbai and an Executive MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. Previously, Geena served as the President and Global Head of Manufacturing Operations and the Devices & Diagnostics Centre of Excellence at Cipla. She has championed high standards in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) practices and fostered cross-functional R&D collaboration to accelerate product development.

Amrita Nautiyal is a seasoned corporate governance professional with dual degrees in Law and Commerce from the University of Mumbai and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She is the founder partner of M/s. Amrita Nautiyal & Associates, Company Secretaries, a firm she established in 2008 that provides advisory services across company law, compliance, and governance. She has held leadership positions in the professional community, including serving as Chairperson of the Western India Regional Council of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (WIRC-ICSI). In addition to her advisory practice, Amrita has been associated with the University of Mumbai as visiting faculty and has contributed her expertise to several charitable institutions.

Chandrashekar Iyer is a chartered accountant with more than three decades of professional practice. As Managing Partner of M/s. Chandrashekar Iyer & Co., Chartered Accountants, since 1993, he has built deep expertise in statutory audits, assurance, direct taxation, and corporate advisory. His experience spans listed and unlisted companies, trusts, and cooperative institutions, with a strong emphasis on compliance and governance. A Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Chandrashekar has also served on professional committees, including the Cooperative Committee of Western India Regional Council (WIRC) of ICAI. His long-standing advisory and audit experience positions him as a trusted expert in financial oversight and regulatory matters.
