As the driving force behind India’s leading fast-moving wellness goods (FMWG) brand, Shivam currently oversees a portfolio of 24 purpose-driven brands across everyday health, nutrition, and self-care, trusted by millions of Indian households. Since taking the helm, he has delivered 10x growth in just seven years and scaled six category-leading brands, including Nicotex, Cofsils, Omnigel, ProlyteORS, Cipaldine and Endura Mass.

With nearly two decades in India’s consumer goods sector, Shivam brings a distinctive ability to blend deep consumer understanding and scientific acumen with the agility and innovation of an FMCG playbook. Guided by his belief in purpose-led brand building, he has positioned Cipla Health as a trusted name in everyday wellness, making healthcare simple, accessible, and impactful for millions of Indians.

Prior to Cipla Health, he spent 12 years at Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL), where he helped establish PureIt water purifiers and the salon professional products division. At Jubilant FoodWorks, he spearheaded global QSR brands like Dunkin’ Donuts and launched Hong’s Kitchen, the company’s foray into Chinese cuisine.

An alumnus of IIT Bhubaneswar (Engineering) and IIM Lucknow (MBA in Sales & Marketing), Shivam is recognised as an action-oriented leader with a keen eye for brand marketing and its ongoing evolution. Passionate about shaping a healthier world, he continues to script Cipla Health’s growth story by building purposeful brands that combine trust, science, and innovation to improve everyday lives.
